Eligible Items:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Clearance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return:
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team via [email or phone] to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship the Item Back: Package your item securely and include any forms sent by our customer service team. Mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RA# may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided, and a nominal fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
Refunds:
